Marcel is a Go team member at Google where he focusses on core libraries. In the past he worked, among other things, on search and Borg. For the latter he co-authored BCL, Borg's configuration language.

Jessica Frazelle

Jessica Frazelle

Jessie Frazelle is an infrastructure engineer at GitHub. She has served as a Maintainer of Docker, Contributor to Runc and Golang as well as other open source projects. She loves building systems and is typecasted as the person who runs everything in containers. She is writing a book on eBPF with David Calavera.

Dave Cheney

Dave Cheney

Dave is an open source contributor and project member for Go. He is currently a staff engineer at Heptio.

Jean de Klerk

Jean de Klerk

Jean is an engineer at Google working on Go libraries. He has been working in Go since 2013 and currently contributes to projects such as google-cloud-go, grpc-go, and occasionally the Golang project. When he's not knee deep in Go, Jean tries to spend as much time as he can in Colorado's great outdoors climbing, skiing, and biking.

Daniel Martí

Daniel Martí

Daniel has been an active contributor to the Golang project since 2016. He started using Go in 2014. He's originally from Barcelona but now lives in the UK.

Ellen Körbes

Ellen Körbes

Ellen is a developer advocate at Garden, and also an avid gopher, actively involved with Women Who Go, and responsible for the most comprehensive Go course in Portuguese. They've spoken at world-famous events, and at countless local meet-ups. Ellen is a proud recipient of a 'Best Hair' award.

Johan Brandhorst

Johan Brandhorst

Johan has been writing Go since 2016 and is a frequent open source contributor. He is a maintainer of the gRPC-Gateway and gRPC-Web projects and runs his own blog focusing on Go and gRPC.

Michael McLoughlin

Michael McLoughlin

Michael is a performance-obsessed Gopher - currently making self-driving car software faster at Uber Advanced Technologies Group, formerly implementing math algorithms on high performance computers. If he is not coding, he is probably escaping into the mountains of California.

Ignat Korchagin

Ignat Korchagin

Ignat is a systems engineer at Cloudflare. His interests are cryptography, hacking, and low-level programming. Previously, he was a security engineer for Samsung Electronics. His solutions may be found in older Samsung smartphones and tablets.

James Bowes

James Bowes

James is the CTO of Manifold. Over his 14 year career, James has scaled early-stage startups and managed large organizations. He is mainly a backend developer, but whenever he can, he likes to build infrastructure, try out cool new software, help his team learn, and make people laugh.
